Donautal Geflügelspezialitäten: ISPRO has made our daily work much easier
Donautal Geflügelspezialitäten, known under the WIESENHOF brand, is a branch of Lohmann & Co. Aktiengesellschaft and ranks among the largest and most modern poultry slaughtering and processing companies in Germany.
The production site in Bogen, with around 1,200 employees, has been using the isproNG maintenance software across its entire maintenance management operations since the beginning of 2025.
In the first step, all maintenance-relevant data - such as personnel, asset structure, cost centers and machine types - was imported from various systems. After a short training phase, the go-live took place within just a few months.
Right from the start, the maintenance team has been working mobile with the isproNG app solution, including automated actions via QR codes. The web portal provides a comprehensive overview and supports planning, assignment and tracking.
Spare parts management is currently being built up step by step and integrated into the processes. Traceable maintenance workflows and complete documentation provide an ideal basis for successful audits.
A key success factor of the project was - and continues to be - the close and constructive collaboration with the Donautal team. We would like to express our sincere thanks for this.
