Guschlbauer Backwaren optimizes maintenance processes with ispro-NG

Rudolf Windpessl, Deputy Operations Manager at Guschlbauer, describes his experience implementing isproNG across all maintenance and spare parts processes:
“We started with the demo installation in March 2025. In May, we defined and ordered the required modules and then immediately began implementation. The maintenance module already went live in July, followed by purchasing and spare parts management in September.

Future-proof and expandable
Guschlbauer is currently constructing a new four-storey building with a new production line capable of producing up to 45,000 croissants per hour. Together with an additional photovoltaic system, this will create numerous new assets that can be managed with isproNG.
Growing structures and new requirements can be flexibly mapped in isproNG. Additional modules and interfaces to ERP, OPC, and other systems allow for gradual expansion without system disruptions.
